Assign License

You will see the Licensing screen the first time you log in to the Meal Plus Portal. Please contact Meals Plus Support for assistance with initial licensing.

  • If additional site licenses or products are being added, obtain a new license file from Meals Plus.
    • The file name will be your district name plus an mpx extension (DISTRICTNAME.mpx)
    • It contains your Unit Code, Unit Name and the number of licensed sites.
    • Save it to any location in your local network.

Assign License screen

  • Check the Licensed Remaining box to add sites and assign Licenses to them.
    • A site cannot be checked as "unlicensed" if it has active students.
    • You cannot add more sites than you are currently licensed for. If you need to increase your license amount, please contact Meals Plus Support.
  • Click the Save button.
